From Sep. 28, 2022 (Wed.) to the day when TSE determines whether the investment security has fallen under the delisting criteria

Enforcement Rules for Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1539, Paragraph 1, Item (13)
(due to TSE deeming that the investment security may fall under cases where the Exchange deems delisting as appropriate)
３．Reason
Today, Takara Leben Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (hereinafter "the investment corporation") indicated approval of a takeover bid to be made by Godo Kaisha Green Energy (unlisted) (hereinafter "the bidder") with the intention of subsequently delisting the investment security of the investment corporation.
In addition, the investment corporation has announced that the bidder plans to demand that the investment corporation put forth, at a general investors meeting after the completion of the takeover bid, an agenda item regarding a reverse investment unit split with a split ratio at which the number of investment units held by investors of the investment corporation other than the bidder and another shareholder will be less than one investment unit.
If said agenda item is approved at the general investors meeting of the investment corporation, it will be deemed appropriate for the investment security of the investment corporation to be delisted. As such, based on this announcement, TSE deems that the investment security of the investment corporation is likely to be delisted and designates said investment security as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation).
