in which we invested, on the Mothers Market of TSE

Japan Investment Adviser (JIA) hereby announces that Science Arts, Inc. (listed on Mothers; Stock Code: 4412;

Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO, Hidekazu Hiraoka; hereinafter called "Science Arts"), in which we invested, got listed newly on the Mothers Market of Tokyo Stock Exchange today.

1．Company Overview

To fulfill the mission to "connect people around the world gracefully," Science Arts develops and sells "Buddycom," a live communication platform connecting desk-less workers.

"Buddycom" enabled not only voice communication, but also the exchange of content, including voice, images, and videos, based on its original technologies, while taking advantage of cloud services offered via the Internet. This is an unprecedented new communication tool, which can be accessed from anywhere around the globe via the Internet and digitizes and accumulates exchanged data and content.

It is already used as a useful service in all kinds of businesses and fields, including railway companies, airlines, general merchandise stores, nursing-care facilities, factories, and commercial facilities.

2．Private equity business

In the private equity business, JIA Group conducts investment for improving value through "JPE No.2 Co., Ltd.," a PE fund 100% invested by JIA, and so on. Science Arts is the second listed company among our investees, following Bank of Innovation, Inc., which got listed in July 2018.

As of now, the impact of this matter on the business performance in the term ending December 2021 is minor.
