JAPAN MATERIAL Co., Ltd. (TSE:6055) signed a contract to acquire 51% stake in Aldon Technologies Services Pte Ltd from Ang Swee Meng and Koh Yong Meng for SGD 9.2 million on December 12, 2014. JAPAN MATERIAL Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.17 million shares. In a related transaction, JAPAN MATERIAL Co., Ltd. (TSE:6055) also agreed to acquire 51% stake in ADCT Technologies Pte Ltd. During the period ended December 2013, Aldon Technologies Services Pte Ltd had net assets of SGD 4.69 million, total assets of SGD 9.99 million, sales of SGD 12.52 million, and net income of SGD 0.80 million. JAPAN MATERIAL Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on December 12, 2014. The deal is expected to close on January 9, 2015. Dream Incubator Inc. acted as financial advisor for JAPAN MATERIAL Co., Ltd.
