BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., ("the Management Company") as the Management Company of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF) ("the Fund"), would like to inform the clarification of the news which publish on any media is untrue. The Management Company would like to clarify details as follows;
As specified under the Amended and Restated Rental Assurance Agreement between the Fund and Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited ("TTTBB") dated 19th November 2019, the agreement has three years duration and will be renewed for additional three-year at the Fund's option until 22nd February 2026 for the initial Optical Fiber Cables (196,100 core kilometers) and until 29th January 2032 for the additional Optical Fiber Cables (140,000 core kilometers).
As specified under the Amended and Restated Undertaking Agreement between the Fund, TTTBB and Jasmine International Public Company Limited ("JAS") dated 19th November 2019, JAS shall not sell or transfer investment units in the Fund which will result in its holding of such investment units being lower than 19 percent of the total investment units in the Fund from the first purchase of the additional assets of the Fund (on 20th November 2019) until the date of a six-year anniversary.
The amendment of the rental rate, lease terms and the details of any agreements between the Fund, TTTBB and JAS must be approved from unitholders only.
The Management Company would like to inform that any agreements between the Fund, TTTBB and JAS have not changed since the Fund has invested in the additional assets in 2019. Any details, rental rate and lease term are still the same.

3BB Internet Infrastructure Fund is a Thailand-based infrastructure fund. It is a type of mutual fund established to mobilize funds from general and institutional investors for investment in Thailandâs infrastructure projects beneficial to the general people. It will invest in optical fiber cables (OFCs) developed and managed by Triple T Broadband PLC (TTTBB), a subsidiary company of Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. (AWN). The OFC network is a part of the telecommunication network, which is capable of delivering triple-play services on demand (such as the provision of broadband Internet, voice over Internet protocol (VoIP), and Internet protocol television (IPTV) over a single broadband connection) and plays a role in the economic and social development of Thailand. BBL Asset Management Company Limited is an investment management company.
