As the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 2/2022 of Jay Mart Public Company Limited (the "Company") which was held on Thursday 2 June 2022 has resolved to approve the increase of the Company's registered capital in the amount of 161,036 baht from the original registered capital. 1,558,659,382 baht as registered capital to 1,558,820,418 baht by issuing 161,036 newly issued ordinary shares with a par value of 1.00 baht per share and amendments to Clause 4 of the Company's Memorandum of Association to comply with the increase of registered capital to be consistent with the increase of the Company's registered capital.

Presently, the Company has completed the registration of the increase of its registered capital together with the amendment to Clause 4. of the Company's Memorandum of Association regarding the registered capital to be consistent with the capital increase as detailed above, with the Department of Business Development, the Ministry of Commerce, effective on 6 June 2022.
