Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad is engaged in investment holding, provision of management services, extraction and sale of logs. Its segments include Oil Palm, Timber, and Others. The Oil Palm segment is engaged in the development of oil palm plantations. The Others segment comprises the provision of air transportation services, fabrication and workshop services, and investment holding. Its products include wood-based, oil palm and reforestation. Its oil palm plantations cover a land bank of 83,483 hectares in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia with a total planted and mature area of 69,589 hectares spread over 10 plantations in Sarawak. Its timber division encompasses the upstream industrial tree planting development activities and logging operations in its respective reforestation and timber concession areas located in the state of Sarawak. It is developing three Licensed Forest Plantations covering a total land area of 235,859 hectares of reforestation area in Kapit Region, Sarawak.
