JD Sports Fashion plc announced that, Brian Small, the Chief Financial Officer of the company, will be stepping down from the Board of the Company with effect from 31 October 2018. Brian Small will be replaced by Neil Greenhalgh, the Company's Group Finance Director, who joined JD in 2004. Neil will formally be appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 November 2018.
Neil has been involved in all aspects of JD's growth and international expansion for the last 14 years.
