Significant Developments InMarch 2020 , theWorld Health Organization declared the outbreak of COVID-19 a global pandemic. We have determined that we have three reportable segments, organized and managed principally by geographic region. Our reportable segments areNorth America ,Europe , andAustralasia . We report all other business activities in Corporate and unallocated costs.
