Lenders to Jet Airways (India) Limited (BSE:532617) gave the green signal to all the four shortlisted entities that had placed expression of interest to bid for the defunct airline. Top sources confirmed that all the four bidders have also signed the non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The final bidders are Kalrock Capital Management Ltd; Murari Lal Jalan, a UAE-based entrepreneur; consortium of Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited; Big Charter Pvt Ltd. (BCPL) and Imperial Capital Investments LLC (ICIL); Canadian entrepreneur Sivakumar Rasiah and Alpha Airways. The potential bidders will now have to submit their resolution plan by July 11, 2020 to Ashish Chhawchharia of Grant Thornton who has been appointed as the Resolution Professional (RP).
