On April 1, 2022, Alexander Chatkewitz of JetBlue Airways Corporation resigned his role as principal accounting officer, and intends to depart the Company in order to pursue another career opportunity. The Company thanks Mr. Chatkewitz for his many years of leadership. Commencing April 4, 2022, Ursula Hurley, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer will also serve as interim Principal Accounting Officer until a permanent replacement for Mr. Chatkewitz is hired.
