Logistech Solutions Pte. Ltd. announced that it has raised INR 760,000,000 in a round of funding co-led by new investor Global Ventures and returning investor Reefknot Investments on November 20, 2024. The transaction also included participation from new investors, returning investors JG Summit Holdings, Inc.,Febe Ventures Limited and Antler Innovation Pte.
JG Summit Holdings, Inc. is a holding company for a group of companies with substantial stakes in foods, agro-industrial and commodities, real estate and hotel, air transportation and petrochemicals. It also has core investments in telecommunications, banking, and power generation and distribution. Its Foods, agro-industrial and commodities segment is manufacturer and distributor of a diverse mix of salty snacks, chocolates, candies, biscuits, bakery products, and others. Its Air transportation segment includes air transport services, both domestic and international, for passengers and cargos, and line and light maintenance services. Its Real estate and hotels segment owns, develops, leases and manages shopping malls and retail developments.
