Jia Wei Lifestyle, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 1,129.65 million compared to TWD 1,016.91 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 84.81 million compared to TWD 146.01 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.06 compared to TWD 2.02 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.06 compared to TWD 2.01 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 3,164.67 million compared to TWD 2,491.19 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 327.27 million compared to TWD 379.76 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.08 compared to TWD 5.25 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.06 compared to TWD 5.24 a year ago.
Jia Wei Lifestyle, Inc., formerly Gamma Optical Co., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the international trading business of household goods. The Company currently operates in two businesses. The household goods business is mainly engaged in the international trade of catering supplies. The materials are acrylic and melamine. The products include multiple shapes and designs. The optical products business provides diffusion films for thin film transistors (TFT-LCD), reflectors, cymbals, composite films, light guide films, precision mold processing of optical films, and related raw materials for optical films. The Company's products are sold to Taiwan, the rest regions of Asia, and the Americas.
