Renault SA (ENXTPA:RNO) agreed to acquire unknown stake in Jiangxi Jiangling Group New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd from Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. (SZSE:000550) on December 20, 2018. The deal will be reviewed by the relevant authorities in China during first half 2019. The transaction is expected to close the transaction in 2019.
