Jianglong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300589) signed a letter of intent to acquire remaining 40% stake in Aulong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. from Austal Limited (ASX:ASB) on April 22, 2021. Upon completion, Aulong will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Jianglong Shipbuilding Co. Jianglong Shipbuilding Co. held the eighth meeting of the third board of directors on October 28, 2021 and reviewed and approved the transaction.

Jianglong Shipbuilding Co Ltd is a company engaged in research, development, production and sales of boats. The Company's products and services include tourist and leisure boats, official law enforcement boats, special operations boats, application design and maintenance services. The tourist and leisure boats include passenger boats, sightseeing boats and luxury yachts. The official law enforcement boats include patrol boats, law enforcement boats and anti-smuggling boats. The special operations boats are used to provide services for special operations and work scenarios, including fire ships, scientific research ships and pilot ships. The Company sells its products to both domestic and international markets, including Australia, Nigeria and the Philippines.
