Jiangsu Huachang Chemical Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002274) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 250 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not exceeding CNY 6.5 per share. The company intends to use its own funds to repurchase shares. The repurchased shares will be used to implement employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The repurchase program will be valid for 12 months.
On April 24, 2021, The Company adjusted the share repurchase price from CNY 6.5 per share to not exceeding CNY 7.50 per share.
On June 5, 2021, The Company adjusted the share repurchase price from not more than CNY 7.50 per share to not exceeding CNY 7.40 per share.
