Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it has implemented the scheme of rights and interests distribution for 2019, with the differentiated dividend distribution scheme as follows: a cash dividend of RMB 0.05 (taxes included) per share on the basis of the 1,714,131,572 shares actually participating in the distribution after excluding the 21,956,999 shares and 12,791,800 shares not participating in the profit distribution in the special repurchase account. Record date is July 16, 2020. Ex-dividend date is July 17, 2020. Cash dividend payable date is July 17, 2020.
