Huzhou Fengling Huoshan Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) acquired 9.82% stake in Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002438) from a group of shareholders for approximately CNY 380 million on November 23, 2017. As part of the agreement signed, 47.7 million shares of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. are acquired at CNY 7.88 per share. A first installment representing 80% of the total transaction price will be paid within 5 days from the approval from the stock exchange and the commencement of change of registry procedures. The remaining 20% will be paid within 5 working days from the transfer of the underlying equity.

Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of industrial valves. The Company provides BFG all dry dust removal system, Converter gas dust and recovery system, coke oven flue gas dust removal system, special valves of gas pipeline network system, which are used for metallurgy industry, coal chemical industry, ultra (ultra) supercritical thermal power industry, LNG cryogenic valves, and petroleum and petrochemical special valves.
