Huzhou Fengling Huoshan Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire additional 7.65% stake in Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002438) from Wu Jianxin, Zhang Yifang, Huang Gaoyang, Yu Zhengtao and Chen Yongsheng on January 30, 2018. Under the terms, Huzhou Fenglin Huoshan Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) will acquire 37.2 million tradable shares and increased the shareholding from 9.82% (47.7 million shares) to 17.46% (84.8 million shares) in Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. Post acquisition, Wu Jianxin will reduced the shareholding from 73 million shares (15.01%) to 54.7 million shares (11.26%), Zhang Yifang will reduced the shareholding from 26.3 million shares (5.40%) to 19.7 million shares (4.05%), Huang Gaoyang will reduced the shareholding from 21.04 million shares (4.33%) to 15.8 million shares (3.25%), Yu Zhengtao will reduced the shareholding from 20.7 million shares (4.25%) to 15.5 million shares (3.19%) and Chen Yongsheng will reduced the shareholding from 7.7 million shares (1.59%) to 5.8 million shares (1.19%) in Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd.
