Jiangsu Xiuqiang Glasswork Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 334.080 million compared to CNY 347.129 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 35.289 million compared to CNY 37.714 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 29.538 million compared to CNY 29.755 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.05 compared to CNY 0.05 a year ago.
Jiangsu Xiuqiang Glasswork Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the deep processing of glass and operation, management of kindergartens. The Company operates through two main segments. The Deep Processing of Glass segment is mainly involved in the research, development, manufacture and sales of deep processing glass products which include appliance glass, household glass, photovoltaic glass and cover plate glass of display screens. The Operation and Management of Kindergartens segment is mainly involved in the acquisition of kindergartens and provision of integrated solution plans for kindergartens.
