Jiangsu Xiuqiang Glasswork Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300160) announced a private placement of not more than 119,552,000 common A shares at a price of CNY 8.408642 per share for the gross proceeds of not more than CNY 1,005,270,000 on July 28, 2017. The transaction will include participation from not more than 5 investors. The shares issued will not be transferrable within 12 months from the date of closing of the transaction. The transaction has been approved at the 17th session of the 3rd directorate of the company. The transaction is subject to approval from the shareholders and China Security Regulatory Commission.
Jiangsu Xiuqiang Glasswork Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the deep processing of glass and operation, management of kindergartens. The Company operates through two main segments. The Deep Processing of Glass segment is mainly involved in the research, development, manufacture and sales of deep processing glass products which include appliance glass, household glass, photovoltaic glass and cover plate glass of display screens. The Operation and Management of Kindergartens segment is mainly involved in the acquisition of kindergartens and provision of integrated solution plans for kindergartens.
