Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. announced the payment of cash dividends for the year ended December 31, 2020 of RMB 0.05 (tax inclusive) per Share was approved at the AGM. The Bank will distribute the Final Dividend on July 21, 2021 to the holders of Domestic Shares and the holders of H Shares whose names appear on the register of members of the Bank on June 1, 2021. The Final Dividend is denominated in RMB.
