Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. Proposes Final Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2020, Payable on or Around, July 27, 2021

The Board of Directors of Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. proposed that the Bank distribute the 2021 dividend amounting to RMB 301 million at a ratio of 5% in cash for 2020, i.e. RMB 0.05 per share (including tax). The proposed final dividend is expected to be distributed to Shareholders on or around, July 27, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 2020 annual general meeting. The Bank would make further announcement's in respect of the book closure period and record date in relation to the proposed final dividend.
