The management of Shenzhen Lianzhi Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 30% stake in Shenzhen Lianzhi Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. from Jiangxi Lianchuang Optoelectronic Science And Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600363) for CNY 6.1 million on September 30, 2015. Jiangxi Lianchuang Optoelectronic Science And Technology will own 70% stake in Shenzhen Lianzhi Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd following the completion of the deal. Shenzhen Lianzhi Optoelectrionic Technology Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 68.97 million, liabilities of CNY 46.9 million, total owners' equity of CNY 22.06 million, revenues of CNY 148.06 million and net profit of CNY 3.35 million in 2014. The Board of Jiangxi Lianchuang Optoelectronic Science And Technology Co., Ltd approved the transaction on September 30, 2015.
