Zhu Jiajia won and signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 45% stake in Shanghai Youbao Network Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing Tianli Mobile Service Integration, Inc. (SZSE:300399) for CNY 1.4 million on July 1, 2021. Zhu Jiajia shall within five days after the entry into force of this agreement, pay all the consideration for equity transfer in cash to the designated account of the Jiangxi Provincial Equity Exchange for settlement. As of July 6, 2021, Jiangxi Tianli Technology, Inc. received the transaction certificate forwarded by Jiangxi Assets and Equity Exchange and received the transfer price of CNY 1.4 million.
