On December 10, 2021, Jiayou International Logistics Co.,Ltd closed the transaction. The company issued 31,575,446 ordinary shares at an issue price of CNY 18.49 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 583,829,996.54. The company incurred issuance expenses of CNY 6,740,100.42.

The transaction included participation from Zijin Mining Zibao (Xiamen) Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) for 16,432,128 shares for proceeds of CNY 303,830,046.72; Zijin Mining Ziniu (Xiamen) Industrial Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) for 4,542,996 shares for CNY 83,999,996.04; Cao Liling for 3,244,997 shares for CNY 59,999,994.53; and other investors.
