Pursuant to Regulation 42 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, this is to inform that the 37th Annual General Meeting of Jindal Drilling and Industries Ltd will be held on Tuesday the 28th September, 2021 at 04.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

The Company has fixed Wednesday, 15th September, 2021 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
