The board of directors (the "Board") of Jiu Rong Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the name of the Company's share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands has rebranded as "Suntera (Cayman) Limited" with effect from 4 September 2020.

The Company's branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong is still maintained by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Rooms 1712-16, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
