On January 6, 2022, Joby Aviation, Inc. a Delaware corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the receipt of FAA Special Airworthiness Certification and US Airforce Airworthiness Approval for a second pre-production prototype aircraft. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
