HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) _ John Wiley & Sons Inc. (JW.A) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter earnings of $22.2 million.

The Hoboken, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 39 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs and non-recurring costs, were 68 cents per share.

The publisher posted revenue of $482.9 million in the period.

John Wiley & Sons expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.60 to $2.75 per share, with revenue in the range of $1.9 billion to $1.92 billion.

John Wiley & Sons shares have climbed 12% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 39% in the last 12 months.
