The supervisory board of Raiffeisen Bank has appointed Thomas Matejka as deputy chairman of the bank's board. It is noted that he will begin to fulfill his duties in this position from October 11. Matejka will be responsible for the financial vertical of Raiffeisen Bank - financial and business accounting, controlling, asset and liability management. He built his career in the Raiffeisen Bank International group - for almost 15 years he worked in its divisions in Austria and other countries. In particular, from June 2019, he headed the department for work with financial institutions, country risk management and portfolio of Raiffeisen Bank International. From September 2020, he was a member of the supervisory board of the Ukrainian Raiffeisen Bank.
