The Company reports five segments: Hotel complex segment includes hotel, namely Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC, which comprises more than 720 hotel rooms and offers such hotel services as accommodation in rooms, communication services, food, laundry and dry cleaning; Food segment includes companies, which are located on the territory of Tsentr Mezhdunarodnoy Torgovli PAO and offer a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars with varieties of cuisines; Office and apartment segment comprises three office buildings and apart-hotel Mezhdunarodnaya, which are used for rent purposes; Eridan apartment block segment offers long-term apartment rental, as well as Congress center segment provides ample opportunities for events of various formats, including international congresses, forums, conferences and symposiums, business meetings, presentations, workshops, exhibitions, banquets and shows.
