Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated : Sale of Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton closed

MIAMI, December 15, 2021 -JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group announced today that it completed the sale and arranged acquisition financing for the 139-key Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton in Boca Raton, Florida.

JLL represented the seller, The Lane Organization, to complete the sale to Newbond Holdings. JLL also worked on behalf of the buyer to originate the floating-rate acquisition financing.

Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton features a mix of traditional guest rooms and suites. Hotel amenities include 8,000 square feet of total event space, fitness center, outdoor pool, business center, and beach access. Additionally, the resort offers two onsite dining options including, the newly opened Seaspray Inlet Grill and Boca Landing Prime Seafood.

Situated on the intercoastal waterway, at 999 East Camino Real, Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton is 300 yards from the beach. The resort is 4.5 miles east of Interstate 9 offering access to nearby entertainment centers, including American Dive Center, Boca Museum of Art, Centre of the Arts at Mizner Park, BB&T Center, Butterfly Work, and City Center. In addition, the hotel is 25 miles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport and Palm Beach International Airport and 47 miles from the Miami International Airport.
