Joyful Honda Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended March 20, 2017. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 114,579 million against JPY 117,342 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 5,090 million against JPY 5,592 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 5,936 million against JPY 6,514 million a year ago. Profit attributable to parent company shareholders was JPY 4,994 million against JPY 4,247 million a year ago. Profit per share was JPY 97.67 compared to JPY 82.29 a year ago. Profit before taxes and other adjustments was JPY 7,346 million against JPY 6,374 million a year ago.
For the year ending June 20, 2017, the company expects consolidated net sales of JPY 163,200 million, operating income of JPY 8,370 million, ordinary income of JPY 9,550 million, profit attributable to parent company shareholders of JPY 6,200 million and net income per share of JPY 120.13.
