As the company exercises the ex-dividend distribution of cash dividends, the
conversion price is adjusted in accordance with the company's 2nd domestic
unsecured conversion corporate bond issuance and conversion regulations in
the Republic of China.
6.Countermeasures:
Key-in the price adjustment information into the Market Observation Post
System and make relevant announcements.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
1.According to the regulations of the Company's 2nd issuance and conversion
of unsecured corporate bonds in the Republic of China, the conversion price
of the company's corporate bonds will be adjusted from NT$49.6 to NT$46.9-.
2.The price adjustment is planned to take effect from 2022/07/30
(the ex-dividend record date).
