In Regards to the Report from voting advisory firms on Proposal No. 7 of the

76th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

We are pleased to announce that Institutional Shareholders Services Inc. (ISS) and Glass, Lewis & Co. have issued a report recommending approval of all agendas for the 76th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 17, 2021.

Regarding Proposal 7, ISS once issued a report to point out that since there was insufficient disclosure of information on the calculation method of the sale price of the Elastomers business, ISS recommended to vote against the Proposal 7. On May 26, 2021, we issued a press release to provide additional information in regards to this matter, and ISS has issued the revised report that now recommend to vote for the Proposal 7.
