Tokyo, Japan-September 10, 2021 - JSR Corporation announced today that it established the 'JSR Group's Human Rights Policy' on September 1, 2021 in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Global Compact, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Group is a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact and has an established code of conduct on corporate ethics, including human rights and labor, in its Corporate Ethics Guidelines, and has been conducting activities to promote sustainability in all of its business activities, including its supply chain. In addition, based on this policy and as a good corporate citizen, the company will implement initiatives to promote and ensure 'respect for human rights' for all stakeholders as it strives to be a company that is widely trusted by society.
