Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited at its Annual General Meeting to be held on April 22, 2025, proposed a cash dividend payment for the 2024 operating results. The Board of Directors has proposed a dividend payment of THB 0.33 per share, amounting to THB 57.51 million, which is 40.92% of the net profit after legal reserve deduction. An interim dividend of THB 0.19 per share was already paid on September 13, 2024.
The remaining dividend of THB 0.14 per share will be paid for the period from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The record date for the right to receive dividends is May 2, 2025, and the payment date is scheduled for May 16, 2025. Ex-dividend date is scheduled for April 30, 2025.
