On October 8, AFP, the furniture production facility of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, was recognized as the best customer service furniture work company in Nigeria in 2015, reinforcing AFP's commitment to flawless customer satisfaction.

The Nigerian Customer Service Award was established to honor customer service excellence in Nigeria. Companies are awarded based on different criteria, such as number of nominations, customer feedback, company management related to service delivery as well as by a visit of mystery shoppers for first-hand practical observation.
