Current board member Bruno Hofweber will no longer be available for re-election. At its meeting on Friday 24 November 2017, the Jungfraubahn Holding AG board was informed by Hofweber that he will no longer be available for re-election at the AGM in May. The board will address the question of a possible successor in the course of its preparations for the AGM and announce it as soon as a decision has been reached. Bruno Hofweber was elected to the Board of Directors at the Jungfraubahn Holding AG AGM in 2009. As a long-standing board member, Bruno Hofweber will leave the corporation at the AGM on 14 May 2018.
