The Company is a multi-specialty tertiary and quaternary healthcare service provider in the Mumbai metropolitan area and western India. The Company has a total bed capacity of approximately 1,061 hospital beds across three hospitals. The Company operates three hospitals under the Jupiter brand in Thane, Pune, and Indore. It is equipped with over 30 specialty treatments, such as bariatric surgery, breast care center, cardiac surgery, cardiology, chest medicine, dental care, dermatology, endocrinology and diabetes, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, internal medicine, mental health, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, and nutrition and dietetics. The Company also owns Fortune Park Lake City Hotel in Thane for promoting medical tourism. The Company's subsidiaries include Jupiter Hospital Projects Private Limited and Medulla Healthcare Private Limited.
