On December 1, 2022, Jupiter Wellness Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing that the Company intends to extend the period it has to consummate its initial business combination with Chijet Motor Company, Inc., by three months from December 8, 2022, to March 8, 2023.
