Jupiter Wellness Acquisition Corp. announced that it expects to receive $1.38 million in funding from Chijet Motor Company, Inc.

Jupiter Wellness Acquisition Corp. announced a private placement of an unsecured promissory note for gross proceeds of $1,380,000 on December 5, 2022. The transaction includes participation from Chijet Motor Company, Inc. The note is non-interest bearing and payable in cash upon the closing of the company?s initial business combination.

The transaction is expected to close on March 8, 2023.
