He Wei signed an Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire 82.26% stake in Shanghai Hansuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Jushri Technologies, Inc (SZSE:300762) for CNY 5.6 million on November 12, 2020. As per terms of transaction, within 30 days after the signing of this agreement, 50% of the equity transfer price shall be paid and within 180 days after the signing of this agreement, the remaining 50% of the equity transfer price shall be paid. Post completion, He Wei will hold 82.26% stake and Jushri Technologies, Inc won't hold any shares in the Shanghai Hansuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. As on August 31, 2020, reported total assets of CNY 25.5 million, net liability of CNY 2.04 million, revenue of CNY 3.12 million and net profit of 0.46 million. Transaction is approved by the Board of Jushri Technologies, Inc.
