(Alliance News) - Ten penalty points and seven executives acquitted. This is the outcome of the Italian Football Federation's Court of Appeal ruling against Juventus FC Spa.

The federal judges acquitted the seven Juve executives for whom the Collegio di Garanzia had asked that liability be reinstated as part of the capital gains trial: they are Pavel Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano. For them, the federal prosecutor, Giuseppe Chinè, had asked for eight months of inhibition.

"The club awaits the publication of the grounds and reserves the right, in defense of its interests, to consider an appeal to the Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport, within the terms provided by the Sports Ordinance," is the only comment released by the club.
