K.P.R. Mill Limited Declares Second Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-2016; Appoints E.K. Sakthive as Director

K.P.R. Mill Limited has declared dividend second interim dividend of INR 4 pear share (40%) for the financial year 2015-2016 at the board of directors meeting held on March 9, 2015, record date is March 17, 2016, the dividend will be dispatched to the entitled Shareholders on or before March 25, 2016.
The company also announced that it has appointed Mr.E.K. Sakthivel, head-operations (Garment Division) as an additional director with effect from March 9, 2016. He is also appointed as a whole time director of the company under the designation of executive director at the board of directors meeting held on March 9, 2015.

Its segments include Textile, Sugar, and Others. Its products include yarn, fabric, garments, and sugar.
