Supervisory Board waives part of its annual remuneration
The Supervisory Board members of K+S Aktiengesellschaft will each jointly waive
20 percent of their annual remuneration for the 2019 financial year. The total amount of 350,000 euros will be used to benefit charitable purposes in the vicinity of K+S sites. "Our Committee strongly believes in the importance of solidarity and support for the communities, initiatives and projects in the vicinity of the sites that have experienced difficulties as a result of the corona pandemic," says Dr. Andreas Kreimeyer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft.
The Board of Executive Directors of K+S Aktiengesellschaft will also contribute to this initiative of the Supervisory Board.
