K's Holdings Corporation (TSE:8282) conclude a basic agreement to acquire Technicalarts Corporation. from Kazuhide Yoshiyama and Kumiko Yoshiyama on March 12, 2019. As per the terms, K's Holdings will acquire 80 shares. Post acquisition, Technicalarts Corporation willl become a wholly owned subsidiary of K's Holdings. As of March 2018, Technicalarts reported total asset of ¥301.6 million, net assets of ¥245.2 million, net profit of ¥3 million, operating profit of ¥3.7 million and sales of ¥552 million. The transaction is expected to be completed in June 2019.
