K2fly Limited announced Rio Tinto and K2fly have agreed in-principle to terminate by mutual agreement the contract for the Ground Disturbance licence and implementation project for use in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, first announced on 5 October 2021. The contract had an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of AUD 620,000 and remaining TCV of $2.6 million. The project discontinuation has no impact on the other five solutions K2fly currently has contracted with Rio Tinto.

- K2fly Limited Announces Termination by Mutual Agreement Mutual Discontinuation of Ground Disturbance Contract with Rio Tinto
