Kabel Deutschland Holding AG reported consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total revenue of EUR 548 million against EUR 513 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was EUR 257 million against EUR 236 million a year ago. Net profit for the period was EUR 66 million against EUR 73 million a year ago. Total capex (incl. Alpha) was EUR 150 million against EUR 184 million a year ago.

For the nine months, the company reported revenue increased by 7.1% to EUR 1,610 million from EUR 1,504 million in the first nine months of the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA grew by 7.8% to EUR 761 million with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 47.2%. Regular capex was EUR 396 million against EUR 400 million a year ago. Operating free cash flow was EUR 326 million against EUR 205 million a year ago. Net profit for the period was EUR 213 million or EUR 2.40 per share against EUR 187 million or EUR 2.11 per share a year ago.

For the fiscal year 2016, the company expects mid to high single-digit revenue growth compared to fiscal year 2015, mid to high single-digit adjusted EBITDA growth compared to fiscal year 2015 and adjusted EBITDA minus Capex to increase to over EUR 300 million from EUR 236 million in fiscal year 2015.
