Kadokawa Dwango Corporation announced consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and first half ended September 30, 2016. For the second quarter, the company reported revenues of JPY 50,780 million, operating income of JPY 1,687 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,974 million and profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 1,961 million compared with revenues of JPY 47,020 million, operating income of JPY 2,359 million, ordinary income of JPY 2,554 million and profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 2,134 million for the same period a year ago.

For the first half, the company reported revenues of JPY 99,795 million, operating income of JPY 4,419 million, ordinary income of JPY 4,011 million and profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 3,020 million compared with revenues of JPY 93,926 million, operating income of JPY 3,505 million, ordinary income of JPY 4,203 million and profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 1,914 million for the same period a year ago.

The company revised earnings guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2017. For the year, the company now expects to report revenues of JPY 202,000 million, operating income of JPY 6,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 5,800 million and profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 4,000 million compared with revenues of JPY 200,000 million, operating income of JPY 3,100 million, ordinary income of JPY 3,300 million and profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 1,750 million previous guidance for the same period.
